Good Afternoon All,
Here is the first round of information for the May CSG Workshop/Meeting to
be held May 12-14, 1999 at the University of Virginia.

Conference Hotel:
The workshop/meeting will be held at the Boar's Head Inn.

They have reserved a block of 70 single/double rooms for us for Tuesday and
Wednesday nights.  There are only 50 rooms available for Thursday night.
PLEASE HAVE YOUR RESERVATION IN BY THE CUTOFF DATE OF MARCH 26TH.  The
rooms are at the discount rate of $135.00 per night.  They have a few
suites available on a first come, first serve basis at $275.00 per night.
The hotel has rooms available on the weekend before the meeting if you
would like to spend a few extra nights.  They will extend the discounted
rate to you for this time also.  They are completely booked for Friday the
14th and Saturday the 15th.  If rooms become available it will be on a
first come, first served basis at their regular rates of $179.00 to $219.00
per night.

Guest Room Rates for CSG:
Single/Double Occupancy $135.00 (Children under 18 no charge)
Suite Occupancy $275.00 (pets not permitted)
Extra Person in Room $15.00
All rates subject to 9.5 percent tax.
Check-In Time 4:00pm	Check-Out Time 12:00 noon
Guests leaving prior to their reserved departure date will be charged a
$50.00 Administrative fee.
Guestrooms reserved for the Common Solutions Group will be held until March
26, 1999.  Any reservations not booked by this date will be on a
first-come, first- served basis at our standard rate.  Individuals may
cancel their reservations up to seven days prior to arrival without
financial penalty.  A deposit of one night's lodging is required ot
guarantee your reservation.  Your deposit may be in the form of a check,
American Express, Discover, Diners Club/Carte Blanche, Visa or MasterCard
credit card.

Airport Transportation:
The Boar's Head provides free shuttle service from th Charlottesville
airport.  Please mention your flight time and your need for the shuttle
when you make your hotel reservation, or call the hotel reservations desk
at 1-800-476-1988 when you know your flight schedule.
The nearest airport is th Charlottesville Airport - 20 minutes from the hotel.
The Richmond airport is 80 miles from Charlottesville.  You would have to
arrange a rental car from there.

Conference Meals:
Group lunches and dinners will be provided on Wednesday and Thursday.  Box
lunches will be provided at the close of the CSG meeting on Friday.
Continental breakfast will be provided for all three days.  Please let me
know which meals you will be attending, and any special needs dietary or
otherwise.
