** Airport Transportation

Several airports are convenient to Jekyll Island. On the island is a 3,700
foot lighted runway for small private aircraft. The Brunswick Airport,
located approximately 17 miles from the island, is able to handle any size
airplane and is served commercially by ASA Delta Connection. Jacksonville
and Savannah airports are served by multiple commercial carriers with
Jacksonville being the most convenient (one hour's drive), and having most
flights at over 145 per day. The club can provide transportation in its
own custom vans for a fee. The fee from Jacksonville to the island would
be $75.00 per trip, from Savannah the fee would be $100.00 per trip. If
you have a grouping of 12 people the fee would be 15.00 per person.
Contact David Head @ 800-535-9547 to make arrangements for pick from the
airports.
