 Meeting Logistics

For those of you who will be attending the September CSG Workshop &
Meeting in Madison, Wisconsin on September 24-26th, the following is all
of the information you will need to book your trip.  The current agenda
is attached at the bottom of this message, however an updated agenda and
registered attendee list will be left at the front desk of the
hotel---please be sure to ask for this as you arrive.  If you have any

REGISTRATION:  To register for the CSG Workshop and/or Meeting please
send email to Angi Sizemore at "avs@umich.edu" and Larisa McEachran at
"larjoymc@umich.edu".  Please be sure to include your full name, your
title, the university/company with which you are affiliated, and what
days you will be attending.

AIRPORT:  The Dane County Regional Airport resides in Madison and takes
almost all airlines including Midwest.  

HOTEL:  We have a block of 50 rooms reserved at the Best Western
InnTowner in Madison.  We are guaranteed the rate of $68 for a single
and $78 for a double.  Please call (608) 233-8778 to book your
reservation under the *CSGI* group code.  This block will be released on
August 23rd to the general public.  After this time they will be on a
first come, first serve basis, so please book your room as soon as
possible.

SHUTTLE:  The Best Western InnTowner has shuttle service.  There is a
courtesy phone at the baggage claim area that you may use to request
shuttle service.  The hotel is only a 20 minute drive (or approximately
10-15 miles) from the airport.
 

The CSG Workshop will take place all day on Wednesday and 1/2 day (from
8:30-11:00am) on Thursday.  The entire CSG Workshop will take place at
the Carson Gulley Building.  On Thursday from 11:00-11:30am a shuttle
will take us from Carson Gulley to the Van Hise Hall for lunch followed
by the CSG meeting.  A shuttle will also run from 11:30-12:00pm from
the Van Hise Building back to the Best Western Hotel.
