1:00 - 2:30 Case Studies of places where there are successes and broken flows:
(1) CMU has a fairly mature approach to project portfolio management, focusing on an ongoing process for developing and reviewing solid charters to ensure we're "doing the right work at the right time." We are working to integrate this success into other service management areas.    (Karen Van Dusen)
(2) The University of Minnesota is in the midst of defining and implementing a service portfolio management strategy and process (Bernard Gulachek)
(3) Notre Dame will present on their Project Management process (Todd Hill)
(4) MIT Effort with their IT Steering Committee to understand where they wanted to position themselves regarding IT.   (Jerry Grochow)
(5) UW-Madison and their Advising Architecture Review Board - early in the process but maturity is coming. (Jim Phelps)
