Hello Everyone,

Here is the first round of information for the Winter 2009 CSG Workshops and Meeting to be held January 7, 8, 9, 2009 at the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Conference Hotel:

Hotel space is being held at the Millennium Harvest House Boulder, 1345 28th Street, Boulder CO 80302. The rate is $119 per night plus taxes. You may reserve 3 days prior and/or 3 days after the room block which is January 6, 7, 8 at the conference rate as long as rooms are available. Free self parking is available. The cut off date for reservations is December 14, 2008.

Meeting Space:

The workshops and the meeting will be held in The Dal Ward Varsity Room at the Stadium Club in the football stadium. The stadium has no street address, and on-campus parking is reported to be "impossible."

There will be bus transportation from the hotel to the meeting space and back. We will also have bus transportation to and from both dinners.

Nearest Airport: DENVER INT'L AIRPORT (DEN)

Directions to hotel from airport:
From Denver International Airport, take Pena Blvd to the E-470 Tollway North, Exit 6B- toward Fort Collins (approx. 4 miles). Merge onto E-470 North (Portions toll). E 470 North becomes Northwest Parkway West (Portions toll). Northwest Parkway West becomes Storage Tek Drive. (approx 18 miles) Merge onto US-36 West. (approx 9 miles) US-36 West turns into 28th Street and will take you into Boulder. The Millennium Harvest House Boulder is on the left side of 28th Street, just past Colorado Avenue and before Arapahoe Avenue.

Conference Meals:

Continental breakfast and break services will be provided for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Group lunches and dinners will be provided on Wednesday and Thursday. Box lunches will be provided at the close of the CSG meeting on Friday.
