Hello Everyone,

Here is the first round of information for the Winter 2008 CSG Workshops
and Meeting to be held January 9, 10, 11, 2008 at Virginia Tech.

Conference Hotel:

Hotel space is being held at The Inn at Virginia Tech.  Please ask 
for the Common Solutions Group room block to receive the special 
price of $119 + tax per night.  Reservations may be made by calling 
1-877-200-3360.  Our cut off date is December 10, so please make your 
reservation by that date.

Meeting Space:

The workshops and the meeting will be held at the Skelton Conference 
Center which is part of the hotel complex.  We will be meeting in the 
Alumni Assembly Hall.

Nearest Airports:

The nearest full service airport is Roanoke Regional Airport.  Please see
http://www.vt.edu/where_we_are/campus_guide/directions.php#plane for 
ground transportation from the airport and directions to Blacksburg 
from the airport.

Conference Meals:

Continental breakfast and break services will be provided for 
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.   Group lunches and dinners will be 
provided on Tuesday and Wednesday. Box lunches will be provided at 
the close of the CSG meeting on Friday.
