Logistics

Good Morning Everyone,

Here is the first round of information for the Winter 2007 CSG
Workshops and Meeting to be held January 3, 4, & 5, 2007 at the
University of Southern California.


Conference Hotel:
Hotel space is being held at the Westin Bonaventure
http://www.westin.com/bonaventure.
You may make your reservations by calling 1-800-228-3000.  The
double rooms are $185.00 per night, single rooms are $169.00 per
night.  The room block expires on December 11, 2006, please make
your reservation before that cut off date.  Be sure to ask for the
Common Solutions group block.  Parking at the hotel is valet only
and is $25 per night.

Meeting Space:
The workshops and the meeting will be held in Davidson Center in
the Embassy room (http://www.usc.edu/bus-affairs/hospitality/catering/davidson-general_info.html.
Buses will be provided to the meeting space from the hotel in the
morning and back to the hotel after the dinners that will be held
on campus.

Nearest Airports:
LAX which is about 25 minutes from the hotel.  There is a shuttle
service - The Super Shuttle which runs every 10 to 15 minutes from
outside the luggage claim area for $15 one way.

Conference Meals:
Continental breakfast and break services will be provided for
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.   Group lunches and dinners will
be provided on Wednesday and Thursday. Box lunches will be provided
at the close of the CSG meeting on Friday.
