Good afternoon Everyone,

Here is the first round of information for the Winter 2006 CSG Workshops
and Meeting to be held January 4,5,6, 2006 at Duke University.  A separate
vendor meeting with Oracle will be held on January 3 in the Duke OIT offices.

Conference Hotel:
Hotel space is being held at the R. David Thomas Center.  The number 
to call for your reservation is 1-919-660-6400.  Space is being held 
on Monday through Thursday nights; be sure to indicate on which nights
you will be staying and mention the Common Solutions Group to get the
group rate of $145 (plus tax) per night.  The Thomas Center is being
reopened early after the holidays to accommodate our Oracle attendees
and will not be fully staffed on Monday, so there will be minimal meal
services that night.  Full meal services will resume with breakfast on
Tuesday morning; breakfast is included in the room rate.

Meeting Space:
The vendor meeting will be held in the OIT offices on the American
Tobacco Campus, which is separate from the Duke campus.  See

driving directions to the OIT offices.  Transportation to and from
the vendor meeting is on your own.

The CSG Workshops and Meeting will be held in the R. David Thomas Center.

Conference Meals:
Continental breakfast and break services will be provided for 
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.   Group lunches and dinners will be 
provided on Wednesday and Thursday. Box lunches will be provided at 
the close of the CSG meeting on Friday.
