Good Afternoon All,
Here is the final round of information for the Fall 2004 CSG Workshop
and Meeting to be held September 21,22,23,2004 at Harvard University.
Please note the early start date, we will be meeting Tuesday through
Thursday this time.
Conference Hotel/Meeting space:
The workshop/meeting will be held at the Sheraton Commander Hotel.
Please see http://www.sheratoncommander.com/ You may make
your reservation by calling 1-888-627-7121. We have a room block of
60 rooms per night for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. You must mention
"Common Solutions Group" when making your reservation. The rooms are
at a discount rate of $160.00 + tax for a single and 180.00 for a
double per night. Please be sure to ask for the Common Solutions
Group Conference room block to receive the discounted rate. The
hotel will offer the rate to us on a first come, first serve basis
for 2 nights preceding the meeting and for 2 nights after the meeting.
Nearest Airport:
Logan Airport in Boston.
Transportation from the Airport:
Please note that there will be home baseball games on both the 20th and
the 23rd so costs may increase, driving and using the T (MBTA) will be
harder than usual.
There are cabs available outside the airport, the cost is
approximately $35 to $45 plus tolls.
The Sheraton Commander recommended the Back Bay Coach airport shuttle
service. They can be reached at (617) 746-9909. The cost is
$16/person from the airport and another $5 for each additional person
(up to 10 people).
You do need to make reservations at least 24 hours in advance.

Conference Venue:
The Workshops and Meeting will be held in the George Washington Ballroom
at the Sheraton Commander. Messages may be left at 734 657 8222.
Parking at Hotel:
Valet parking is available for $18.00 per night.
Conference Meals:
Continental breakfast and break services will be provided for
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Group lunches and dinners will be
provided on Tuesday and Wednesday. Box lunches will be provided at
the close of the CSG meeting on Thursday.
