Here is the first round of information for the September 2003 CSG Workshop
and Meeting to be held September 24, 25 and 26, 2003 at Dartmouth College.

Conference Hotel:
The conference hotel is the Hanover Inn, Main Street, Hanover, NH,
http://www.hanoverinn.com/index.htm.
If you haven't made your hotel reservation the Hanover Inn is 
currently full, they will contact me if rooms become available.   You 
might try The Marriott Residence Inn - 1-603-643-4511 (I checked and 
they have a few rooms available) in Lebanon, NH about 3 miles from 
the Hanover Inn.  They run a shuttle service from 8am to 8pm.  Also 
The Norwich Inn - 1-802-649-1143 in Norwich VT which is about 2 miles 
away.  If you are staying at one of these and will need transportation
to the Hanover Inn please let me know.
You may call 1-800-443-7024 to make your reservation, be sure to mention
the Common Solutions Group so that you will get our price of $181.00 +
tax. We are holding 55 rooms in the block for Tuesday through Thursday
as usual, the cut off date is September 8, 2003 after that rooms will
be first come/ first serve at the normal hotel price.

Manchester NH.

Parking at Hotel:
Valet parking at the hotel is available for $15.00 per night.

Conference Venue:
The workshop and meeting will be held at the Hanover Inn in the 
Wheelock Room.  IEEE 802.11 wireless network support will be provided 
during the CSG workshop and meeting.  Messages may be left at 603 646 3072 
during the workshop and meeting.

Conference Meals:
Continental breakfast and break services will be provided for Wednesday,
Thursday and Friday.  Group lunches and dinners will be provided on
Wednesday and Thursday.  Box lunches will be provided at the close of
the CSG meeting on Friday.
