Good afternoon all,
Here is the final round of information for the January 2002 CSG
Workshops and Meeting to be held January 9th through 11th, 2002
at the Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa.

** The cutoff date for our room block has passed.
Conference Hotel:
The hotel is The Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa. They can be reached
at 1-800-767-7777. (See also http://www.sanibel-resort.com).
They have given us a special base rate of $199.00 for Tuesday night
and $250.00 per night for Wednesday and Thursday nights, with an
additional $12.00 Exclusive Benefit fee per night. Check-in time is
3pm, check-out time is 12 noon.
Guest rooms reserved for the Common Solutions Group will be held until
December 9, 2001. Any reservations not booked by this date will be on
a first-come, first-served basis at the best available rate.
The resort will also be happy to honor the $199.00 rate for Monday night
as well, for those who wish to arrive a day early. There is no reserved
room block for Monday night, though -- first come, first served.
Nearest Airport:
The nearest airport is the Southwest Florida International Airport in
Fort Myers, please see http://www.swfia.com/home.html.
It is 19 miles from the resort.
Airport Transportation:
The resort recommends Atlas Limousine at 1-888-458-2690 ($40 per trip
for up to two people, $20 per person otherwise) or Paradise Transportation
Service at 1-800-833-4473 ($36 per trip for up to three people, $12 per
person otherwise for larger groups that reserve together). Both services
require advance reservations.

Additional logistical information will be available at the meeting
regarding transportation back to the airport on Friday morning.
Driving directions to the resort:
Take Interstate 75 to Exit 21. Go west on Daniels Parkway for 5.7 miles.
Turn left onto Summerlin Road (State Road 869). Go south (8 miles) to
Sanibel Island Causeway. Turn right JUST BEFORE Sanibel Toll Booth onto
Punta Rassa Road. The driveway for the resort will be on your right.
Conference Venue:
The meeting will be held in the Everglades Ballroom A at the resort.
Registration will be located in the Foyer of the Everglades Ballroom A.
Messages for attendees may be left at 941-466-2201. Wired and wireless
networking will be available in the meeting room.
Conference Meals:
Continental breakfast and break services will be provided for all three
days. Group lunches and dinners will be provided on Wednesday and
Thursday. Box lunches will be provided at the close of the CSG
meeting on Friday.
